Cancellations
​
Please provide 24-hour notice when cancelling an appointment. At Enso Design Studio we provide a cancelation list to all guests for convenience and flexibility. With your cooperation, a cancel or reschedule can give others an opportunity to make an appointment that have been waiting. In cases of illness, I strongly encourage you to stay home and take care of your body. Please call to reschedule and I would be happy to help.

No-Shows
​
Noun: A person who has made a reservation, booking, or appointment but neither keeps nor cancels it.
No-Show appointments will be charged in full for services scheduled the day of the missed appointment. For booking future appointments a 50% non-refundable deposit down will be required to schedule another appointment. It is always at the discretion of Caitlyn Cayea at
Enso Design Studio to decline scheduling future appointments after a no-show has occurred.

Late Policy
​
If, for any reason, you believe that you will be arriving late to your appointment, please text or call directly to (315) 420-5758. When scheduling appointments for my business I make it a priority to take your time seriously and schedule the necessary amount of time needed for each service. Accommodating late arrivals is sometimes impossible without disrupting the other guests that are scheduled that day. Please be aware that if you arrive 15 minutes late, I will need to reschedule your appointment to another day.

New client policy
​
If you have never had an appointment with me or it has been more than one year since your last appointment, you must meet the guidelines listed on the new client page and submit a new client request form.

Damaged Hair/Color Corrections
​
If you have hair that has been damaged due to relaxer, texturizer, keratin treatment, color, heat, extensions or neglect; an undesired or previous result from a color service provided at home or elsewhere; and/or have used color conditioners or products, please be patient and understand that it can take several appointments to reach your hair goals. It may not be possible to reach your desired results in one visit. It is always at the discretion of Caitlyn Cayea at Enso Design Studio to decline to provide any service that may compromise the integrity of the hair.

Service Redo
​
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 4 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue. The revision policy does not include a change in the original and agreed upon service, and any revision requests made after the 4-day period from the original service date will be subject to approval. I do not offer refunds for services.

Pricing
​
All published prices are starting points for services. Prices may vary due to certain factors, such as: the hair's length, density, and condition; the complexity of the service; and/or the amount of product being used.

Allergies
​
For your comfort and safety, please be sure to communicate clearly any allergies or sensitivities you may have prior to having any service performed.
